2026 Winter season: Fees

The 2026 season playing fees are below – subject to play HQ fees and charges. As a club, we keep our fees as low as possible – relying on our sponsorship, fundraising and events to budget for our development and growth. This means that all members will be required to contribute volunteer hours and participate in our fundraising drives.

All members must first register to our TEAM SELECTION Registration using the
TRY BOOKING link in the above registration information. When registering to this program there will be a $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE registration fee. This payment is separate to the PLAY HQ playing fees.

At the conclusion of the grading and squad program, athletes will be sent a PLAY HQ Team link. When completing your PLAY HQ registration, full fee payment will be required.

Play HQ has heard your feedback, and all participants will have the ability to pay in fortnightly instalments using PayPal “Pay in 4” option.

Any person unable to make full payment or the part payment option using PLAY HQ are asked to advise the club as soon as the link is emailed to you. The club will look at the possibility of creating a payment plan for you. There is a $20.00 fee for all payment plans. Payment plan dates and amounts MUST be approved by the club treasurer. If a payment is missed for any reason the player will be deemed as withdrawn from the club.

KidSport

The City of Joondalup, City of Wanneroo and City of Stirling offer Kid Sport financial assistance to contribute towards club fees. Applicants must be aged 5–18 years and have a Health Care Card or Pension Concession Card. Eligible players must apply via https://www.dlgsc.wa.gov.au/funding/sportand-recreation-funding/kidsport .

You must apply for Kidsport ASAP and email your code to the club so
we can activate your Kidsport account. At this time the remainder of the playing fees will need to be paid in full. STEELERS Sporting Club does not manage your application. If codes are not received and entered at the time of registration, no refund will be able to be given, please allow up to two weeks to receive your code.

Refunds

Due to the use of the PLAY HQ system and its payment gateways, there will be no club fee refunds after the PLAY HQ registration has been completed. If injuries occur, fee refunds can be sought via NWA insurance using the approved insurance paperwork issued by STEELERS Sporting Club.
